This epic entry marks the fourth and final chapter in Gabo-Hanzo’s tribute saga to Double Dragon, bringing the story to a climactic conclusion.
Fighters from different worlds join forces: For the first time in Double Dragon history, warriors from Final Fight — Guy, Cody, and Maki — join the fray, alongside Fumma from World Warriors. With 31 unique playable characters, led by Billy and Jimmy, they form a powerful new alliance to stand against a looming apocalyptic threat over the city.
The game offers an unprecedented roster of fighters, allowing players to fully shape their gameplay style. Among the villains, you’ll encounter both original and remixed bosses, including the menacing Mаx from Streets of Rage Remake.
A plot full of twists Set sometime after Double Dragon Gaiden, a new darkness begins to consume the city. Billy and Jimmy seek reinforcements from old allies — Hanzo, Blade Black, Kunio-Kun, the infamous Berserker, ninja Ryu, and many more answer the call.
Opposing them are not only the infamous bosses from the Double Dragon trilogy, but evil icons from other game worlds, making each confrontation feel even more epic.
The return of Marian You won’t believe the ending — after defeating the final boss, Marian is revealed to be alive. A dark magic sustaining the city’s chaos is broken, and she is finally freed, returning to Billy in an emotional reunion.
